Story of

It stands in the form that it has known long ago.

Though unchanged, the city sometimes lends the building a touch of novelty. From a distance, it's hard to ascertain the exact form of the eaves above the Lagerstroemia indica.

Thanks to this, the surrounding gardens and the protruding open spaces feel different. Approaching the building, brushing past the low trees and soft clumps of grass.

Soft lights that reflect gently blow in like the wind. Bricks become walls, halting to create an entrance.

A tall, deep curtain embraces me as if it were the main door. If you draw it back, you step into a different place. A space visible is at a glance but hard to recognize at first sight.

Once you pass the welcoming counter, you will inevitably look back.
'Welcome.'

Dejavu

Soft carpets, sturdy marble, and ripple-free wallpapers.

The materials you met along the way seem to subtly transform into different forms.

The twisting corridors stretch endlessly, extending even beyond sensory perception.

A sense of déjà vu and slight dizziness.

Doors Open

Naturally, everyone succeeds in finding their room door.

At last, the door opens.

Each room warmly welcomes all incoming scenarios.

The room fills with everything it needs to take shape and function.

The materials, not forgetting their inherent roles, interact and part in familiar yet new forms.

The precise fittings on a solid base are like a firm handshake between materials.

It is a warm embrace.

Born in Nature

Wood and stone, as ancient and familiar as human history itself,
constitute most of this hotel room.

Here, they serve as each other's backdrop and occasionally become the main characters.

Wood, warm and soft to the touch, initially stays around the comfortable bed, transforming into a useful side table, a comfortable backrest, or a flat step to rest tired feet. Eventually, it becomes a generous wall guide, leading the room's occupant to the bathroom, gently wrapping a wet body, or becoming a slender window frame in a balcony filled with wind and sunlight.

Back to Basic

In contrast, the heavy, patterned surface of the stone descends beneath the bedroom floor, becoming a low sturdy staircase or a solid sofa to sit or lean on at any moment, and eventually transforms into the shower wall, the tub filled with warm water, or a small round sink. The natural decoration of the stone wall, made by pounding with a hammer and cutting at an angle, is designed to reduce its heaviness, allowing it to comfortably sit by your side. Different densities and weights naturally lead to different volumes and weights, and so wood and stone bear little resemblance to each other. Gathering these two different elements in one place and looking at them side by side, an attempt started with a vague expectation that they would reveal something beyond their original characteristics is now bearing fruit.

Now, all that's left is for every visitor to this place to find and experience that something revealed firsthand.

Finally, we sincerely hope that here, you will find the comfort to lay down the burdens of your daily life.
